Note: Uninstall the existing app and install the new app.

How to Remove (Uninstall) eServiceTech App:
- Uninstall Android application from Device Settings
  1. Open the device Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Tap the eServiceTech app you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll to find the app.
  4. Tap Uninstall.
- Uninstall Android application from Home Screen:
  1. Just tap and hold the eServiceTech app on the Home screen.
  2. On the screen you will see a Uninstall icon, drag the app there and it will be removed.
- Uninstall IOS application from Home Screen:
  1. Just tap and hold the eServiceTech app.
  2. Click on cross which you can see at top right corner of application icon.
Uninstalling the app may delete your associated data.
